Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Intorgrid (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You own the content you upload and the websites you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you publish, including logos, images and text.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful content; infringe others’ intellectual property; distribute malware; conduct phishing, fraud or impersonation; send spam; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other systems. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated content
AI features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review everything before publishing — you are responsible for the content on your site. When you use your own AI key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms.
Domains
Domains are registered through our registrar partner in your name and are subject to the registrar’s and the relevant registry’s policies, including ICANN requirements. Registration is only complete once confirmed by the registrar; if a paid registration cannot be completed, we refund the payment. Domains renew annually and you are responsible for keeping them renewed.
Payments
Prices are shown before purchase. AI credit is prepaid, non-transferable and consumed as you use managed AI. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intorgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, published sites are taken offline; domains you own remain yours and can be transferred.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
